Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account's withdrawal function.

Jw8 provides a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysia users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted integrated financial system.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically within a short timeframe once payment confirmation is received.
• Jw8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the jw8 platform.

Regarding Withdrawals:

As a jw8 member, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities when using our platform:

• Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to exploit or manipulate the gaming system.
• Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the jw8 platform.
• Treat fellow members and support staff with respect by using appropriate language in all communications.
• Notify jw8 immediately if you discover any technical errors, bugs, or discrepancies in the games or payment system.

Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in actions including a formal warning, temporary account suspension, fund freeze, or permanent account closure.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and jw8. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account at the system level. However, you also play an important role in keeping your account secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account. A good password contains a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security on your account.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.

You may close your jw8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be returned to you upon completion of the verification process.

Jw8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions or any other jw8 policy.
• Evidence or suspicion of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of false information or falsified documents during registration or the KYC process.

If an account is closed due to a violation, jw8 reserves the right to forfeit all winnings, bonuses, and balances held in that account.

The jw8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet all user expectations.

• Jw8 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of gaming activity.
• Jw8 is not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, such as internet disruptions, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Jw8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
• The maximum total liability of jw8 to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jw8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the jw8 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
